We are exceptionally busy in the practice at present and unfortunately have had to close our books to any NEW PATIENTS temporarily until the second week of June. Sorry to disappoint you!
If you wish to book ahead for that time please ring us to get scheduled in. We will be back soon and able to offer you our best attention and service again soon.


Appointment times

Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.30pm

We aim to offer existing patients urgent appointments within 72 hours where possible.



Prepayment is taken at the time of booking your appointment online, or if you book over the phone then the payment link will be sent to you by text after booking.

If you are unable to pay by these methods please contact us for advice.


New Patient Appointment –   £85

Full medical and osteopathic case history, examination and treatment (if appropriate and time allows) for those who have not been to the practice for osteopathy before.


Continuation –   £60

Treatment for existing patients who have attended for osteopathy at the practice before.


Continuation EXTRA –   £75

Longer appointment for those who have attended before but not for over a year, or who require a longer length of continuation appointment


 Cancellation/rescheduling policy

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your reserved appointment so that we have time to offer the space to another person in need like you, and also to help you to avoid the cancellation fees. Please call to let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule with you.

Private Health Insurance

Many health insurance companies will cover your osteopathic fees, but there are a variety of criteria to be complied with depending on your own specific policy. Please check with your insurers and us before treatment.

Please ask us for an insurance receipt so that you can be reimbursed by your insurer, as we no longer offer direct claims.
