Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.30pm

We aim to offer existing patients urgent appointments within 48 hours where possible or as an online/telehealth consultation.



Prepayment is taken at the time of booking your appointment online, this is to reserve your booking and to minimise extra time spent in the practice in these current times.
If you book over the phone then the payment link will be sent to you by text after booking. If you are unable to pay by these methods please contact us for advice.


New Patient Appointment –   £75

Full medical and osteopathic case history, examination and treatment (if appropriate) for those who have not been to the practice for osteopathy before.


Continuation Patient –   £55

Treatment for existing patients who have attended for osteopathy at the practice before.


Telehealth/Online Video Consultation For Existing Patients – £55

Online video consultation for existing patients to offer advice, assessment, self-help guidance and home techniques for if you are unable, or unwilling to come to the practice for any reason.


 Cancellation/rescheduling policy

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your reserved appointment so that we have time to offer the space to another person in need like you, and also to help you to avoid the cancellation fees. Please call to let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule with you.

Private Health Insurance

Many health insurance companies will cover your osteopathic fees, but there are a variety of criteria to be complied with depending on your own specific policy. Please check with your insurers and us before treatment.

Please ask us for an insurance receipt so that you can be reimbursed by your insurer, as we no longer offer direct claims.
